•Our design process
: To start we talk with you about the story you want the piece to hold, what do you want to feel when you look at it. This will guide us as reference and inspiration to start the design process. Sometimes it is something abstaract, sometimes something more detailed, we can also use stones and experiment with different techniques. 

We like to create our ideas from scratch and are very strict on our authenticity values.
Therefore we don’t replicate or copy any existing design. This is a warranty that your design will be unique and only made once for you.

We believe strongly in the value of details thats why every unique design comes also with a unique box handcarved in wood, this design will also be inspired by the same story of your piece and is also something we need to design together with you, a card with the design for you to have a tangible memory of the process, a small letter signed by us that as a symbol of originality where we give our word that wont be made for someone else, and an envelope and a paper for you where you can write something to whoever you’re gifting this piece to help make it even more personal and special.

•Timing
: We ask for you number so we can talk to you fluently and have a good communication for the design until you give us your final approval to start production. The whole process will take 3 weeks to 1 month for completion, plus the shipping time.

•Delivery
: We use express delivery. We will guide you through the process and explain you the available options regarding shipping and insurance.
